Animals for Sale
We sell piglets throughout the year as registered breeding stock, breeding quality animals and feeder pigs. Availability and pedigree lines represented will vary throughout the year. The best way to be kept in the know is to contact us to see what we currently have available and discuss our future breeding plans. We can even add you to our mailing list so you don't miss out on one bit of information.

We occasionally have mature animals available for sale or trade. Again contact us to discuss.
Pricing
Pricing can vary by season and which lines we currently have available. However generally pricing follows the following pattern.

Feeder Pigs- $125
​
GOSA registered piglets- $350-$400
​
Breeding Quality Piglets- $200
​
Mature Sows/Boars- $500-$650+ (dependent on age and breeding status, pregnant sows will be priced higher)
Stud Services
We our currently offering our GOSA registered Black Patrick line boar Arlo at live stud to the New England area. He is a proven producer with several large litters under his belt. He has excellent length and structure that is sure to benefit your herd. His mellow disposition also makes him easy to handle. He is available to service visiting sows on site at Hickory Ridge or travel to you. We can even sign a breeding certificate for you to register his offspring. Hassle free breeding!

Stud Fees: Will be reflective of the length of his stay and the number of sows being serviced. Fees are at least $50/week of service at our farm $50/week + a travel fee based on mileage for service that requires us to travel to your property. Out of state pricing can be quoted upon request.

Customers interested in stud services will be required to sign our stud service agreement and provide clean vet paperwork for any pigs he will be directly exposed to during his stay (eg. sows he is breeding).

Handmade Lard Soaps, Candles and Pork Products
Orchard pigs are excellent lard pigs after all so we let nothing go to waste! We hand make scented soaps and candles from out lard. Lard also makes delicious baked goods for the home chef. Our product availability shifts with the seasons but you can check out what is in stock on our Etsy Page or reach out to us to see if we are near a market near you. We can also do custom orders on request.
